About two years ago our AC stopped working on a Sunday in the middle of summer. We called Citrus Air and they sent someone right out that day, they found the problem, ordered the part and had us cool again on Monday. After that issue we decided to purchase their service plan and have had great service so when we decided to put in a new AC unit we called them. Toby and his crew came out to install our new system. They were knowledgeable, professional and worked to get our system installed by the end of the day. We will continue to use Citrus Air for all of our AC needs because of the professional service we have received from the very first meeting two years ago up until the installation of our new unit this week.

Jeff showed me how we had not been serviced, by another company, even though we had paid for this service. I highly recommend Jeff's ability to identify and correct a/c problems! In addition, I wanted to mention that Billy and Hunter were awesome in fixing the problem created by the other a/c company too! While completing the task, Billy noticed another install problem created by another company. Billy's attention to details was greatly appreciated by me. Hunter also displayed a bunch of patients as changes kept happening. I am very satisfied the work that was done, the three person team that worked together professionally, and I am looking to only Citrus Air Conditioners for all of our a/c service and replacement! If they could keep our Xfinity working, I'd add that to them too! Great job guys!

Our A/C went out this summer and my elderly mother lives with me so it was imperative that we get a new unit ASAP. They were quickly able to find a unit within my budget and were actually out the very next day to install it! Toby was very nice and respectable, he came out with a smile on his face and worked very organized and efficient to get the job done. I was impressed at how nice the install looked and i above all was happy to have my new A/C. Thank you to Citrus Air and to Toby!! "Professional" would be the word I would use to describe them!

Angel Vega was our technician, he is very knowledgeable informs the customer of the problem and has the parts to repair the system.
