The air handler blower motor stopped working...on a Sunday no less. Called them at 8 a.m., tech was here in less than 2 hrs. Thankfully he had the part on his truck! Hallelujah! He was gone in about 40 minutes! What great service and a really nice tech to boot!!

Heard about them on radio, decided to try them for annual checkup. They were very friendly at the office making the appointment, and the techs were on time (rare these days), professional (had shoe booties without asking), and knowledgeable. Thoroughly checked unit. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience with Citrus Air today as came home and realized that the AC not working - a quick call to Citrus air was all it took. Even though it was late on a Friday afternoon, a repairman name Angel came promptly to the house. He was polite, knowledgeable, and diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the AC for us. The A/C unit was not blowing heat (combined unit). Angel and Ben from Citrus Air came for maintenance and to fix the problem. They were very professional, diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. They stayed to monitor that the unit was working and checked that all the vents were blowing the hot air. Excellent service and technicians.

Living in Florida with no AC is a nightmare. Even worse, having your AC break over a Holiday. However, Citrus Air Conditioners Inc. Made this process much easier. I was able to reach someone on Thursday night (Thanksgiving Day!) and the manager responded right away and set up and appointment Friday morning at 8 a.m. I was beyond thankful for such a quick response and appointment time. On top of such a fast response from Citrus Air, it was Waldir who went above and beyond to fix my AC and provide amazing service. He took his time to clean my AC unit, fix the problem and informed me of everything he was doing. Waldir was very informative, considerate and genuinely helpful.

Our AC went out on a Friday night. Jeff came out on Saturday morning and diagnosed the problem, but due to the way our unit had been installed (that installation was not done by Citrus Air) some changes needed to be done to be able to repair the unit and optimize it's usage more efficiently. Billy, Hunter and Jeff worked two days on fixing the previous company's installation errors and then replacing the part that had gone out. The work was done by three very professional individual's. I would recommend Citrus Air.
