I needed to have thermostat repositioned. Matt Zapata was the assigned tech. Matt repositioned thermostat as needed, was very thorough, knowledgeable and informative. He went above and beyond. Additionally, very polite and respectful when asked to wear shoe coverage. I recommend this company for service.

My Technician Miguel Sierralta did a comprehensive review of my issue/concern. He checked all aspects of the unit and handler, additionally he made recommendations which should help the life of the unit.

Nick was very polite. He called prior to coming as I requested. He complied with my request to mask and use shoe covers to ensure my health concerning my pulmonary issues.. It took a long time to set up my phone with the Resideo app to control the AC. He also had to go in the attic. He swept up the insulation that followed him down and was careful not to get it in the house.
