Mechanical One - Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electrical

Mechanical One provided us excellent customer service. All responses were prompt and professional. From the initial call to providing us with follow up status of our call. The technician Miguel Sierralta is awesome, great customer service, knowledgeable, great personality. Mechanical One really went above and beyond, I would give her 6 stars if I could. Customer service is obviously their strategy, and it shows. Excellent customer service! Thank you for the amazing support!

Matt Zapata arrived on time, from the dispatch ETA. He quickly diagnosed my air conditioner problem and fixed it. Also he was friendly and courteous throughout the visit, explaining the new air conditioner settings. It was a positive experience with Mechanical One repair. Will definitely continue to use their services.

Matt came out to our new build home and quickly resolved the issue we were having with one of the AC units. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I am very happy that this company was selected for our home.

Technicians were very professional and knowledgeable of A/C systems. Properly serviced my system and repaired all issues, also provided professional recommendations.

My wife and I just moved into our new house and were experiencing issues with our A/C not cooling properly. Mechanical One, LLC dispatched Technician Miguel Sierralta to troubleshoot our issues. Miguel was courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about A/C systems. After conducting miscellaneous work to my A/C Unit and changing the filter, Miguel had my house cooling perfectly. Before leaving, Miguel showed me the room temperature versus the Unit output temperature. My wife and I were highly satisfied with the work that Miguel performed. Emanuel was absolutely amazing today he was so thorough and so professional. He took care of our leak and cleaned everything up. Took the time to explain to us what caused it and showed great care. Super happy with him!

I appreciate machanical one for what they do. Miguel is a very polite and knowledgeable in what he does. Miguel you are awesome, you take your time to explain everything to me. My AC cooling off but don’t hold the air after it’s go off. I believe there’s not enough insulation in the home. Thanks again Miguel for being knowledgeable in what’s you do.

4 Stars for the company because Quan is the fourth plumber to check on the issue but 5 Stars for Quan cos he did a fabulous job on fixing the leak that we had.

Fully recommend Mechanical One. Great Customer Service. I have used this company for the second time. Another special thanks to Miguel Sierralta for his great job today. Miguel managed to run diagnostic to our HVAC unit and really quick pointed out and resolved the issue. Miguel took extra time to check another issue that wasn't reported from our original service call.
