It was a great professional job well done. I received a phone call about an hour before alerting me of arrival time. When The service professional arrived he quickly alerted me about the job and what it entailed. They took before and after pictures and was very courteous. I would recommend and use again. Defiantly will try there other services.

This is a great company that I come across on the web. They work hard to clean my air duct very well and even helped with other small things which make my system in good shape, and keep the original fair price. I am very satisfied with Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning's good service and definitely recommend to any of my fiends and the community. The technician is great and on time with efficient work professionally.

We had all of our air ducts, intakes and dryer vent cleaned this past week. Weren't sure just how full they'd be but so glad we had this done. Luis was early, explained how things looked before and after and showed us pictures of what we had going on. It was a very good experience and I'd recommend Lowe's if you need this kind of service. I feel better knowing our air quality is greater and hopefully allergies will decrease.

For starters, I chose Lowe's Air duct cleaning due to its reviews on google. I am not sure I will do that again. Unlike other people, I cannot give a fair review since the gentleman that came to our house seemed pressed with time, did the work within two hours or less and left. Made me wonder how dirty the vents and returns were or if we really needed the work. I guess we'll never know. Also, when I scheduled the appointment the first time, I was given a quote, 3 hours later when I called to schedule the appointment I was quoted $100 dollars extra. I told the person on the phone how was that possible and he said it must have been a manager who quoted me such a special rate. Nonetheless, he honored the first quote I was given earlier and scheduled the appointment. I would suggest shopping around in the future.

We called about getting the dryer vent at our home cleaned out and Luis was very professional and courteous. He came out within just a few days of us calling, showed up on time and was very quick but thorough. Would definitely recommend Lowe’s!

The Lowe's employee who came to clean our ducts was actually early - he called when he had a previous cancellation to ask if he could come earlier. He worked non-stop beyond the original time estimate to make sure the job was done right. He was extremely polite, clean, and courteous, and even helped lift a big box up the stairs for me un-prompted! Lowe's has great customer service and doesn't quality work!

Outstanding service at a great value. Paul spent over 2 hours cleaning our ductwork, which had not been cleaned in years, and the before and after were very impressive. This is an honest, reliable company who can be trusted to do the job. I have absolutely no reservations about recommending them to someone else.

Service was fantastic! I had my air ducts, fireplace and dryer vent cleaned. They hadn't been cleaned in 8 yrs and I have cats so you know they needed it. Eric from Lowes came out and was exceptional. He was careful in my home and did an amazing cleaning job - showing me before and after pictures. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend Lowes.
