Lowe's Air Duct Cleaning

Lowe's was very responsive and supportive. I had to reschedule our original service due to some renovation issues and they were very accommodating. They were very communicative and sent emails prior to service to confirm services. On the day of, they gave me a window of time. On the day of service, our technician called and said he would be in the area earlier if that was convenient for us. I thought it was very considerate for them to call to say they could be early, but I also didn't feel pressured to get there earlier, because it would have involved myself or my husband leaving work a little earlier. Our technician, Eric, was kind, helpful, efficient and knowledgeable. We really liked our experience with Lowes and would recommend!

Your service exceeded our expectations. We had never had our air ducts cleaned in the 40 years we have been in our home and were not sure which company to pick. We did our homework through the usual websites and found a large range of prices ($34 - $900) and a wide range of quality reviews. We chose Lowe's because of the good reviews on Angie's list and it was an accurate review. The initial contacts with the sales rep were positive. He responded very quickly to our questions and was very professional and answered our questions - it was clear he was familiar with the process. The technician who did the work was also very professional and competent. We explained what he was doing and we were comfortable with him in our home. All in all we were glad we chose Lowe's for the job.

My SO and I recently purchased our first home and the air ducts were filthy. I requested an appointment online on a Sunday and the next day I received a call and email with my quote. Due to a cancellation, they were able to come out the next day. The technician gave us a call and let us know he could come earlier and arrived early which was great for our schedule. The tech was helpful, professional, and did a great job on our air ducts and dryer vent. We are very pleased with the service we received. The service was worth the price we paid. Recommended.

I chose Lowe's based on their previous reviews and proximity to my home. Appointment scheduling was easy. The technician was very communicative before the visit with updates on arrival times and a couple of questions about what kind of home he'd be working on. During the visit he explained the process and simply went about his work undistracted. He completed the work just ahead of schedule and took the time to make sure the areas he worked in were left as he found them. This was my first time using Lowe's for HVAC and dryer vent cleaning and will use them again in the future. Highly recommend!

This is the second time I requested the service from Lowe’s Air Duct Cleaning, and I hope they stay in business indefinitely, because they are very good. I called several other companies in the area, and they either did not pick up, or did not follow on with the placed work order. The Lowe’s guys are extremely responsive and responsible. They are easy to reach, they send an email confirmation, they give you the estimate, send the reminder of the appointment, and come when promised. Mikhailo, the technician, is very thorough and helpful, he explains everything that is going on and may need further attention, and makes you aware of ongoing promotions. It’s as business should be done, which is not easy to come by these days.

After getting quoted by Sears over $1200 for the same job, I contacted Lowe’s and got a much better price to clean my 14 air ducts, dryer duct and furnace. The technician, Belman did a great and thorough job and he showed me how clean everything looked in the pictures he took (the air system in the house was filthy after years of neglect from the previous owner!) Belman was very considerate to put on the shoe covers I gave him since I have white carpet and he took them off and put them back on whenever he had to go to the garage and come back inside. I highly recommend Lowe’s and Belman!
