Service Today Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Electrical

We have used Service Today for several things since moving into our new (not newly built) home just over a year ago. The only good thing about them is in the title - you will get service today. However, it turns out that if you drop thousands of dollars with this company for multiple issues, including $6000 for a new well pump, and said well pump begins leaking (or rather spraying) from the check valve not even 10 months later, flooding the entire garage, they do not provide any warranty and will expect you to pay a whole additional trip fee, service fee, replace their faulty parts, etc. etc.

We are taking our business to local companies who have some decency and pride in their work. Oh, and happily every local plumber/HVAC crew we have called has also given us same day service, so even the promise of promt service from this shoddy group is no draw any longer. Absolutely nothing against the individual employees who have helped us, but this corporate machine and its policies are trash.

I have had multiple run-ins with their drivers. They are not so safe while driving & I have reported about 3 driver's so far to the number provided on their vehicles. I even have pictures of their vehicle & their license plates due to having to send them to the company. I have never had to have any service done by them but their drivers seem to have no regard to anyone else on the roads.

Management will not return phone calls when you have issue leave you hanging had call another contractor to diagnose their heating problem still no responce

I had a mysterious electrical problem. Travis White from Service Today is great electrician. He called before arriving. Was on time. Explained all the possible scenarios and then found the solution.
Travis was very polite, and wore shoes covers in my home,. I certainly feel I made the correct call with Service Today
