Any company can take your money for services performed, however, how they respond when there is an issue is what differentiates the elite from the rest. I had a problem with what I thought was a plumbing install. They responded very quickly, investigated and repaired the leak which, as it turns out, was not related to their install. I did have a small leak caused by a gas line install which was their responsibility. Once again they responded quickly and repairs were fast. They even replaced insulation and repaired the vapor barrier under the house on the repair which wasn't their fault. Their personnel are professional, patient, and quick to respond. I will remain their customer for life as they have my gratitude and respect for jobs well done!

This company came to my house a week after I called to install a dimmer switch and left leads than an hour later. The charge? $326 . They could not or would not explain these charges nor did they alert us prior to installing the dimmers. This a fraudulent company. Buyer beware!!!

Been living 9 yrs in 22 yr old home with original Trane xe90 lp furnace. Starting acting funny (on a Sunday when it's 20f outside). Tech came out same day and thoroughly cleaned ( for the 1st time?) and tested unit including climbing on the roof to check for exhaust obstructions. Sold me on a maintenance plan (shoulda got 9 yrs ago). Old girl runs like a champ! Highly recommend and will use again.

we own a codo in the high rises at Sea Colony in Bethany Beach. SC has an ongoing service contract to keep everyone's HVAC working properly. Due to that experience, we contacted Service Today when we needed an new water heater, as wellas two minor issues. We scheduled an appointment with Service Today rep Mike Cobo. He showed up at the right appointment time, understood all we wanted done, gave us a good estimate and scheduled the installation. Additionally he helped find a contractor to handle an issue that ST could not. The installer Steve showed up bright and early Tuesday morning and went to work. Steve was very professional, took care to protect our unit and did great work. Overall, a great experience. It's a pleasure to work with pros like Service Today.
