John was great! He was able to fix our furnace, and answer all our questions. We are even having him come back to service our hot water heater and AC soon. I highly recommend them.

Despite being a bit late for scheduled 8am appointment, Alex more than made up for it. He was very thorough, considerate of our surroundings, and took the time to examine our Central A/C unit as well as three downstairs wall units. He gave detailed explanations of his processes, and made preventive recommendations for our family to consider.
