Alex and Justin serviced my furnace. I could not have asked for two better experienced technicians/gentlemen. They were kind, patient, trustworthy, and respectful. Justin was very knowledgeable and so was Alex. I was very comfortable with them and now have peace of mind knowing that this company employs people like this. They are dependable and will be here when needed. My only regret is that I didn't have them before until now. I highly rate this company and highly recommend them.

Alex was very professional and knowledgeable.
As I stood by asking questions, he patiently took the time to explain “The How and Whys” to me! ( I’m new to propane heat and was curious!)
He was precise in checking to make sure everything was working and running properly.

Mike and Madison were outstanding - professional, great attitudes, and informative. For the past ten years, I've gotten a nozzle replacement and a quick clean of the burner assembly from "the other guys" for my annual service. I was frustrated and recommended by friends to try C&G. Mike and Madison cleaned areas of my systems that haven't been touched in ten years. I'm sold on C&G and don't plan to go back to "the other guys".

Excellent professional service personnel who are prompt, knowledgeable, skilled, friendly and through their service contract keep our ac system in excellent shape. They always correctly diagnose problems, fix them, and are a pleasure to know and trust. We have been happy working with C&G for 12 years.

C&G came highly recommended by the prior homeowner. So far the service has been great! Alex has been here a couple of times and does great work.

Over priced for repair.

I’ve had work done with other companies in the region and this was the most expensive repair. I know the extension rank cost as much as $35 and a high vent not as much. Clearing the pipes of bubbles cost was way too much. And replacing a worn pipe simply was like repairing a burst pipe. I’ve had that done with other companies under $250. That included a pipe burst on the 1st floor. Never paid $700 like I did that day.

I think we certainly will not return to this company and may go back searching (googling) for another repair company. We even waited a week and a day for the service.

I’m sorry I did not mention this to the repair men. But I was more in fear from losing more money if I did not have my furnace repaired.

The charge for the repair was too much. Seen other companies charge less in the 17 years we had work done to this same furnace. Just not worth it. Definitely will find another company.
