C&G'S One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning®

Mike and Madison of C&G One Hour Heating and AC arrived well within the time frame that was stated. They were professional, PPE attired, clean, knowledgeable, and upbeat. They replaced our air handling unit's motor very quickly. They were very neat (no marks or spots left on our white carpet), and quiet. Our AC is back to a 'cool whisper' and we are very happy! Mike came out because the AC was only working on one side of the house. He tested everything and ordered a new damper, and gave me the info to order new filters. He came back today to install the damper, and make sure the AC was balanced, and the temperature throughout the house was good. He explained everything both before and as he did it, and was very patient with my questions. Great job,and I am very impressed with his skills, both in his field and people-wise. Kudos! I definitely would recommend Mike and C&G!!

Dylan did a great job. I was having issues with my heat pump constantly running and not switching over to the furnace when needed do to the cold weather. Dylan was able to diagnose the issue with the main board. He was able to get a new board in a matter of minutes, switched everything over and the furnace started working. Since then the heating system has been working great. Dylan was also very patient with me as I asked a lot of questions.Thanks again Dylan! Good work as usual!

Dylan and Phil were outstanding! They came decked out in PPE for their safety and for mine. They were punctual and very professional. They did a great job capping off the gas line in the basement and removing the Hot Dawg heater from the ceiling, electric and outside vent. They did a perfect clean up after. I highly recommend C&G!!
