Working with top-tier energy was not only the best experience I’ve had dealing with an energy company, but probably one of the most positive experiences I’ve had with any service company in general for as long as I can remember.

Mike was extremely fair, knowledgeable, willing to work with us, and was able to start the job the next day and have it completed earlier than expected. Additionally, his team that came in to perform the work was amazing. Highly recommend this company for any needs that you have that fall under the umbrella of what they offer. 11 out of 10!

Mike, owner of Top Tier, is Extremly Unprofessional, Unreliable, and Unqualified. They failed to install new AC system properly and diagnos how to fix the issue. Newly installed air handler immediately started leaking all over my basement which continues two weeks since date of install. Top Tier refused to fullfil several promises including to raise pelnum off concrete floor with blocks, install pan with float kill switch, remove coil to inspect drip pan, replace air handler unit, not to mention they continuaously fail to show up for appointments as scheduled. 14 days later and after much frustration and cleaning up their mess in my basement I proposed Top Tier remove their equipment and give all my money back, I would then move on to hire a professional company capable to do the job correctly, to which the owner of Top Tier responded "no way". Further action against Top Tier will be necessary. Consumer beware.

I called Top Tier in a panic this morning when we realized we were out of oil. After filling out the online form, I got a response within minutes...and a scheduled delivery within a few hours! After the oil was delivered, our furnace wouldn’t turn back on- called the office again and within the hour a technician was back at my house to get it working properly. We were incredibly impressed with the customer service from the sales associate on the phone to the delivery person to the technician! I would highly recommend to anyone and plan to use Top Tier again!

Top Tier has always been very reliable, and will show up right away if we are having any heating/AC issues.

Mike and his team are very responsive and provide great communication. I highly recommend Top Tier Fuel for oil delivery, boiler and tank service, and propane refills.
