I have been a customer of Cipriano & Sons LLc for over 15 years. From installation of AC (including ducts & vents) to routine maintenance, heat and/or AC emergencies, the quality of work is always excellent. The responsiveness is fantastic; calls are always returned promptly and emergencies are treated as such which is most important and so very much appreciated! As I mentioned, I've been a customer for over 15 years so that should say it all. My latest "emergency" finally prompted me to write this review which is long overdue!! :)

Showed up at the exact time they said they would had my central air up and running and less than an hour had the part right on the truck my system is 20 years old and is working great. Very honest. Highly recommend.

I called Cipriano and Sons tonight after noticing the furnace wasn’t working. I received a call back from Joe within 15 minutes. An hour later he was here and shortly after the problem was fixed. I’m super impressed with his response time and professionalism and customer service and very greatful he came right out for us and took care of it. I highly recommend this company!

I would recommend this company to anyone with no hesitation. Joe Cipriano jr. Is honest trustworthy and capable. He came in to replace my AC/heat pump unit. He gave me a fair price and time frame and stuck to both. His workers were polite and cleaned up after themselves. I will definitely be calling this company in the future.

I left a message at Cipriano and Sons. I received a return call within 15 minutes and a same day appointment. Joe inspected my A/C, discovered the problem in minutes, left to get the part and returned and fixed the unit all in an hour. Joe was courteous and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the repairs. Joe even checked out my furnace to make sure that was working properly. I am extremely impressed and pleased! I will definitely call Ciprano And Sons with any future problems. . Prompt, competent, and above all helpful and reasonably priced. Thank you so much!

I placed a service call during closed hours and I was pleasantly surprised that I both got a return call and that I was also able to get service the next morning. I was told a specific time frame a technician would arrive. The technician arrived on time and immediately went to work after I explained the issue. The technician was very knowledgeable, polite and rectified the issue within an hour. A check of operation and temperatures was made and the system is running perfectly. I would very gladly recommend this company to service your HVAC equipment.

Very professional, good communication on what needed to be repaired and the process to fix it. I will be using them for my HVAC needs in the future.
