Dropped by today to buy furnace filters. Went to the counter where a person was being helped ahead of me. The counter person had a miserable look on his face and I guess the man ahead of me had to go out to his car to get something to finish the transaction. While waiting for the guy to come back in, the counter person did not even acknowledge I was there. no hello or I will be right with you. nothing just a miserable look and I was the only person in there standing 10 feet from him. I finally just walked out and I will go elsewhere so I won't have to deal with Mr. happiness.

i came here twice on one day. my gas furnace was having issues and i needed parts to fix it. the first time, i picked up a mount for the blower motor. they had the perfect part, no one else in the area had it! i paid for it under a "cash" ticket and brought it home. later i discovered i needed another part. i went back and was told that they only sell to licensed contractors. i got the feeling that what i was looking for was difficult to find and they just didn't want to deal with it. there are no signs anywhere saying that they do not sell to the general public.
