New homeowner in Hamden, had a great first experience with Blue Flame Oil. The previous owners worked with Blue Flame for years and recommended them. When we moved in, the A/C unit stopped working during a heat-wave week. We were worried about our new infant's safety, and called Blue Flame to see if they could come out right away. Andrew was incredibly helpful, and found a way to get a technician (Dave) out right away even though they were booked. Dave was amazing: polite, efficient, knowledgeable. He got our system working, serviced the entire system, made recommendations, and helped us get back on track during a really stressful time. Everything has been working great ever since. We will remain loyal Blue Flame customers!

I have a service contract with Blue Flame Oil this season for the first time. I have found all of their technicians to be competent, efficient and pleasant. We recently made an emergency call on a Sunday night when the furnace stopped working. The response was within an hour of the call and the service was wonderful.

I’ve been a customer of Blue Flame Oil for almost twenty years. I’ve read all of the reviews posted here and the negative ones are pure axe-grinding nonsense and untrue. This company boasts the highest standard of customer service, professionalism and integrity. I have dealt with everyone from the owner, to the service technicians,to most of the office personnel and I couldn’t find a bad word to say about any of them. There even was a time when the owner himself came out on a difficult service call in winter to replace a part in our attic air handler. This is the type of company you want to do business with. I’ve recommended them to friends and family. The ones who elected to do business with them are delighted. The ones who didn’t have regretted it.

I own a business, with employees so I consider myself a good judge of what qualifies as good customer service and what it means to care for your customer.

Blue Flame is a terrific company. They have serviced my heating unit for years, and are always prompt, courteous, and patient in explaining things. Recently I called asking for help with my AC, which they had never dealt with before - this was in the middle of a heat wave when no other AC people were available - and they sent two guys out the next morning. Two smart, hard-working, and incredibly pleasant guys who dealt with a rather complicated problem. Excellent service, I highly recommend them!

I’ve been a customer for 4 years and couldn’t be more satisfied. My air conditioner wasn’t working and I called at 6:00pm. Someone arrived an hour later.
