I've been a customer for 4 years and I love working with this company. They are incredibly quick to respond, up front about the costs and do quality repair work. I use them for repairs and maintenance of my heating and air conditioning systems. Recently the air conditioning system broke and they called to let me know the part had arrived early and arranged to come out an install 2 days prior to the scheduled date, which I was much appreciated given the summer heat. They also turned out some insurance forms in a matter of hours. I highly recommend this company.

Be careful! They are extremely shady and dishonest. We were continually charged as though we were on a budget plan after our automatic delivery contract expired. We have called them SEVERAL times and it has been over a month and we still have yet to be issued a refund for these unauthorized charges. We were also entitled to two boiler services for two years of automatic delivery, which was included in our contract, but they have since refused to provide our second service because we did not renew for a third year.

If you value honesty and sound customer service principles, I’d suggest getting your oil from somewhere other than Blue Flame.

Prompt service. I was given written estimates for oil to gas conversion. Installation went very smoothly and quickly. I am very happy with their service and product. Thank you also I want to add that they went above and beyond by attaching the vent to my hot water heater without asking. It had been an issue for awhile, being installed by another company.

Shocked to read some of these negative reviews. I have had a positive experience with Blue Flame Oil. I am on a payment plan and they fill my tank regularly. Very responsive to emergency calls - they came to my house the same day I made a phone call. Highly recommend this company.

I didn’t have an oil contract with a company and my boiler stopped working. Blue Flame Oil came out to trouble shoot and fix the problem quickly and efficiently. Their customer service is good and their rates are very reasonable.

I ordered oil on a Friday provided all information needed and advised needed oil ASAP. I was told I was all set, after providing credit card info. Next week came around and I ran out of oil. I called the company and they stated I never called back to “confirm” order. I advised I never had to do so and was not told that during Friday call. because the oil ran out I needed a prime. Then wanted to charge $100 for the prime. I said no way not my fault, I ordered in time and no one Delivered. So they sent someone and told driver to prime at no charge. The driver claim he couldn’t prime and would need to send someone else. Again I had to call because no one came. When I called they claimed it was a furnace issue , because driver couldn’t prime and the cost would be at least $150 plus parts. Again I said no, furnace shut off because of ruining out of oil. I called anothe company for a second opiono , if I had to fix something rather pay someone else and not the company that cussed the issue. The second company , found it only needed a prime. The tech was in and out in 10 mind and only charged $80 to prime.

These guys are great! Very professional and knowledgeable. Every time I call, they get right to me and work around my busy schedule. If you want the best service around, don't go anywhere else. You won't be disappointed with Blue Flame Oil!

Great team to work with. Prompt service even during after hour service call. Technician was polite and thorough to make sure our system was ready to go. Highly recommend.

Actual work performed was good. BUT dishonest billing practices. Was quoted a per hour rate for service. Company sent three men out and chose to charge additional. I did not ask nor knew 3 employees were coming.

When I inquired about their billing practices for per hour rate, I was told that they do not charge by the number of employees on the job but per hour for the job. However when I inquired about the discrepancy in their billing versus their advertised practices and quoted rates, I was informed that they needed to charge additional for the third man because he happened to be the owner of the company. When you quote a job at a per hour rate, you stick to it. If you plan to send additional employees and charge above and beyond what is quoted, than it would be nice to know that up front.

No time to answer questions. Person who was put on the phone to answer service contract questions (Mike) exact answer was “I’m really busy I gotta go. I don’t know how many parts we cover”. Turns out they cover 16. Other company I called covers 65 and was cheaper. Also not 24 hr service. Only 18.

Rude service and more expensive for way less coverage
