I had contacted this company on 1/5/18 for heater repair. He took $750. He said need to order part and wait 3-4 days. On 1/9/18 he said manufactuer sent a wrong part and I need to wait a few more days. on 1/9/2018 He ask to me to pay $250 more. I said no and the contract was canceled. I waited for my money back but he didn't repond until 1/24/18.
I called him this morning, He said he will charge diagnostic charge, 1hr labor and part re stock fees. He said he will send an agreement and want me to sign and send it back. He didn't even think about the money he owes me until today.

I will update all the cost of how much I spent as soon as I get an invoice from this company and also a final cost to fix my heater from another company.

Urgent call, AC not working during 88-90 degree period. I called at 8:15 PM for next day (Saturday) service. Tyler was at our huse before noon. Very professional and friendly. After the inspection, he gave us a firm quote, and then did the work quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up well after the job. No complaints whatsoever, and we will use them again.

Awesome!! Very pleased. What started as a simple call became a electrical science conundrum that was totally solved through Troys persistent and informed effort. Highly recommend, I have already given his card to 2 people.

We were having an intermittent problem with our furnace, sometimes blowing hot air, sometimes cold air. I finally called CT HVAC and Troy came out the same day, found the problem, made a repair in an hour and we have heat again. Thanks Troy and CT HVAC
