We had Troy fix our AC. He’s fast, very responsive, personable and gets the job done. He came out the same day we called him to fix our AC. I highly recommend him.

Had a new furnace installed recently. Called Troy on the recommendation of a neighbor. We were very pleased with his analysis of the issue and his timeliness of installing a new system. Troy and his helper worked efficiently and got the job done in a timely manner. I look forward to having Troy maintain our new system over the coming years.

Troy came to replace my water heater and was able to troubleshoot and repair a small wiring problem with my existing unit... Saving me a lot of money.
He returned a few days later to relocate some baseboard heaters. He and his helper Todd where professional and courteous. I would use and recommend CT HVAC services .

Troy and his associate were great! They immediately responded to my call and came out the same day. While he was at my house, Troy gave me lots of great information about how to make our heating system work more effectively. He was able to fix our very old system rather than replace it with an expensive new system. He came out a second time to install a new dryer vent and again, gave lots of great information about how to keep the system working properly. He finishes the work in a timely manner and solves the problem. They really went above and beyond to not only do the job right, but addressed other little issues that they noticed while they were here. I will definitely use CT HVAC Services in the future.

We lost heat and Troy from HVAC Services came to our house the same day to fix the issue, a clogged filter. He was polite, professional and neat. The rush fee was reasonable and he gave us a break on a furnace and central air tune up which were long overdue. Everything seems to be running better now. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Over charged/duplicate charges. Lied about what work needed to be completed. Would not recommend. Rude when confronted about charges and work.

Troy was my technician. He was courteous and very professional. He explained the issue and replaced the part in a timely manner. I would recommend them for any heating/air conditioning problems you may have.

Troy came out within a few hours of my call to fix my geothermal unit. He and his crew diagnosed and explained everything in detail and gave me instructions on how to extend the life of the parts. They even patiently dealt with our difficult home warranty company. Wonderful service! Highly recommend!!
