No heat on a cold Sunday. Troy answered the phone and agreed to come out. Arrived within 2 hours and gave me a heads up when he was 30 minutes out. Overtime/weekend charge was very reasonable and well worth it. Troy was transparent, showed and explained everything he was doing, and was able to get the heat back on giving me a little more time to save for a larger overhaul. My German Shepherds even give him 2 paws up and appreciate the warmth!

I contacted Troy from Connecticut HVAC Services in East Lyme this morning because our condenser on our Central Air unit stopped working last night. I had a heat pump failure, windings in compressor shorted to ground. Troy from Connecticut HVAC Services in East Lyme was incredibly prompt in diagnosing the problem, explaining what happened, giving a spot on estimate of the repair, and getting the job done EXACTLY when he said he would. I could not recommend anyone better for HVAC repair/replacement. This guy knows his stuff! OUTSTANDING!

My A/C was having trouble keeping up with the summer heat. Troy came out within 24 hours and fixed the problem for a reasonable price. He even followed up the next day to make sure everything was working. I would highly recommend reaching out to Troy for your HVAC needs.

Put simply, Troy knows HVAC. Just like Bo knows baseball & football. I have an older boiler with wiring all over the house like a Rubicks Cube. I hadn't been able to figure out how to hook up my Nest Thermostat correctly even though I WAS able to open the zone valve by touching to wires together that we're sticking out of the wall like a caveman. Troy spent about an hour with me and not only fixed the problem by explaining to me in layman's terms why my Nest wasn't working (there was a break in my common wire's power supply) but he also "taught a man to fish" by imparting knowledge. He taught me enough for me to hook up another Nest successfully that evening with confidence. He also gave me little tips about my boiler. He recommended that I clean the zone valves I had in the basement with a wire brush because he saw oxidation on them. It's not a huge thing to recommend that type of thing, but it just illustrates the idea that Troy is there to help you. I'm having him back next Thursday to completely service my boiler. Last, but certainly not least, the price is nice... Hire the best for less!

I highly recommend CT HVAC Services. Troy agreed to service our furnace even though he was so busy working on AC for other customers. He explained everything thoroughly to me and the cost was exactly what he told me it would be pending no additional issues to fix.
