Giordano's Heating & A/C

Giordano's converted our furnace from oil to propane. They had the best price, and their service was outstanding. David explained all possible options for this project, and answered all of my questions. The job was completed on schedule, and everything was perfect. I highly recommend Giordano's.

I had my oil burner converted to Natural gas by Giordano Heating its worth it.I compared about 6 different companies and spent a lot of time talking to each one. After several larger shops I realized that an all in one COMBI unit was not suited for my old cast iron baseboards. Giordano’s told me about a Burnham unit and a separate water heater tank. I went with them and they even helped my old burner stay working until the gas line was installed. What a nice company and what a quality job they did. We are very thankful Dave was there to help out every step of the way.

I had an A/C and gas furnace replaced by Giordano's. Dave was very helpful throughout the process and the installers did great work. Overall, very professional and I highly recommend them!

After receiving 3 quotes to replace our air conditioning compressor and air handler, we chose Giordano’s Heating & Air Conditioning. Although they did not give the lowest estimate, we were impressed by Bryon’s knowledge and thoroughness of his presentation when he checked our previous system. We also felt that the units recommended were of a higher quality than ones recommended by another company.

We found Giordano’s to be an excellent choice overall. Bryon was prompt at getting back to us when we had questions. Our project was scheduled within a short time.

David handled the process of scheduling and overseeing the job. In addition to the air conditioner replacement, we needed an additional GFCI outlet run to our outside unit due to code. This required the services of an electrician. The electrician arrived a day early due to his mistake, but it turned out not to be a problem. David and the electrician both apologized for this mistake.

The day of the installation went well. David arrived with two of his workers and they immediately started working. The two workers did excellent work both outside and up in the attic on a day which was unusually hot. We were pleased with the quality of the workmanship. They also made sure everything was cleaned up. David came back at the end of the day to see how everything went and whether we were happy with the job.

After the job was completed, they handled signing up for the warranty for our air conditioning system and sent us the warranty information as well as the information on how to apply for a rebate. All of this was performed in a timely manner. We had one more question after a few weeks, which they also answered promptly. We would not hesitate to hire Giordano’s again.

Have used them for spring services a few years. Then had a problem with my AC system. They replaced the thermostat among other things. While the system worked, I did not think it worked as well as it had been. When they came out for the next spring service, I asked and was told everything was in order and the system was working as it was supposed to. I was not convinced and I contacted another service specific to "Trane" systems the next the fall. The other service came out and inspected. They noted that the thermostat had been changed and asked why. Then they told me that this "new" thermostat was the wrong type of thermostat. Apparently, my AC system is a "2" stage system. The new thermostat was for a "1" stage system. They also told me that the second stage was disconnected. No explanation as to why it was disconnected. I now have to pay for another new thermostat as well as for them to reconnect the second stage and figure out if it is working.

Just had two lovely service men work on my air conditioner. They were very professional and on time. Everything was explained to me so I know how to use my unit. Service was available to me within two days and my air conditioner is repaired. I will continue to use their services and I am so happy to be able to stay in the valley for help. I have been doing business with Giordano's for about 5 years. Within the last year I replaced some old units in my rental properties and these guys are the real deal. I've dealt with Dave and hi is very professional as his as the rest of the guys. I highly recommend them

I can't say enough about this company. I switched over to them over 10 years ago for price, but it's their professionalism and responsiveness that have kept me very happy all these years. They pick up the phone when you call, they rush someone over in an emergency, they never over-charge and sometimes eat the labor costs if they come back twice. Highly, highly recommended!

We had a Lennox Central Air system installed in the second floor of our home by David from Giordano's in the Spring of 2014. In addition we also had a Mitsubishi ductless heat pump installed on the first floor. Our experience was positive. David was always prompt to return a phone call when we were deciding which system to install and had further questions. The price quoted was very reasonable compared to other quotes received. He showed up on time to do the work and did a nice job installing the units and the duct work. The systems run well and both the Central Air system and the Mitsubishi unit run whisper quiet.

Dave put in an entire new system for us and we are very happy with the results. He even had some good ideas about modifications to make the new system better that the old one. His company is very responsive and calls back right away when you have questions or need advice. Highly recommended.
