With the colder weather we were suddenly surprised with no heat in the house. Alliance was great all around, from the office staff answering the phones to the technician who came to our house. I considered that an emergency service call and they were quick to respond. The technician was professional and knowledgable. Our gas valve failed in our gas furnace. He had a replacement part with him which meant a quick repair and heat in our home. I would recommend this company to friends and family anytime.

Everything was great except when I went to pay for service the person didn’t know what the amount was. He had no receipt and couldn’t take my payment.Two weeks later I still have not received a receipt or bill.also I have called them
