I called on a Sunday with my fingers crossed! Eddie and his trusted team member arrived in short order to get my boiler back up and running. Unfortunately, there were other legitimate issues that were pointed out to me and they were fixed. Eddie kept me in the loop with photos and instructions going forward. I would recommend Hands on Heating, Inc. for your next repair or install.

I had been without AC service for 4 days and tried to resolve the problem with my landlord. He found a company, but my appointment for service wasn't until July which is totally unreasonable since the weather is getting hotter by the day; I needed to do something, so I started making phone calls in the morning on Sunday, May 23rd. I called 4 companies that advertised 24 hr service in and around my area; Hands on Heating Inc picked up and I spoke with Eddie. He was very professional on the phone. and attempted to help me by asking me to do some basic things before he came out to the house, which I appreciated. The things we tried didn't work, so he came out to my home that same day. Once he was here, he encountered all types of problems with my AC system, he was at my home for hours trying to figure it all out, explaining what he was doing and what was going on to me as he worked. After assessing all of the problems and viable solutions; he was finally able to fix the problem, I felt air coming from my vents, and could't have been more grateful for his service. Eddie did a great job. He is very passionate about what he does, he was knowledgeable and had a great work ethic. I didn't have any other challenges or problems with him or his company. I would call him again if I need service, and would recommend you give him a call too.

We were blown away by the level of care and attention to detail that we received. They kept working with us to figure out exactly what was wrong, and really helped us out when our boiler stopped working on a holiday weekend. Everything was clearly explained, every step of the way. Pricing was way more than reasonable. I know who I’ll call first!

Had an emergency with my furnace and tried calling many companies to which no one was available and never returned my call. My friend found Hands On Heating and without hesitation Eddie came right away, he explained the cause of the situation and also explained what he would do to fix it. Will definitely use again !

Just want to say what a reliable company on time service is great but most of all Honest!!! Had my boiler serviced for the winter great job!! Then I had an emergency where I ran out of oil and boiler wouldn’t start I called they came in 20 min fixed my boiler. On a very cold day which If I had to wait till the next day my pipes would have froze. Thank you for saving me 1000 of dollars !! My prefered company for all my hvac needs!!

I was looking for a plumber in the Bronx area because my boiler broke and my previous plumber was MIA. I ran into hands on heating in the yellow pages it was the best call I could make. Not only was Eddie the owner very knowledgeable he was down to earth and knew exactly what I needed with just one phone call. I love my new boiler and the assembly of everything was so neat and organized. I definitely recommend Eddie and his assistant for any of your plumbing needs .

Eddie was honest and knowledgeable. He was fair in his assessment and quick to solve the problem. He and his assistant Mitch are hardworking and leave the area clean. I would definitely recommend these guys!
