I am a female senior citizen on social security, I was very pleased with this service I received from Colten and Trevor. They were on time, they spoke in a language I understood and my dog Tanner loved them. I was given options for the repair and they were able to fix my heater the same day with equipment from their truck. The pricing was good and they gave me a senior discount. I signed up for a maintenance contract so my equipment can be cleaned and I can be notified if there is a problem instead of having the equipment stop working. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

I called Total Mechanical Solutions at 11:30 pm when my furnace stopped working the coldest night in May! Trevor and Colten are just the kind of guys you want for your repairs. Trevor talked me out of my panic and set me up for an appointment first thing in the morning. They arrived when they said they would, took a look and determined what was wrong. They walked me through every step and all of the pricing. Very thorough and easy to talk to/understand about something I really know nothing about.

This was one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor working in my home. For a new furnace and AC unit, Trevor and Colten handled everything from the initial walkthrough and quote, to the installation, to the final permit and refund processing. These guys were extremely professional, charismatic, and explained everything with great clarity. Their attention to detail and analysis of the house as a whole is what set them apart from others.

I am a real estate investor with a number of residential and commercial properties and have used this company for hvac maintenance and two complete installations in 2020.One was a heat/ ac residential replacement I needed on short notice with a new tenant as summer was heating up and Total Mechanical Solutions/ Colton Coons really saved the day with a prompt, professional and competitively priced replacement. They were great with my tenants,completed the project on time and left me without a mess!

Humidifier not working. Repaired with a quick fix. Last year he replaced the heat exchanger in my furnace. Colton always does an excellent job at a fair price. I recommend them to all my clients and friends.
