Called Elmer’s today looking for cooler pump and they had what I needed in stock. Steve was great in explaining to me what I would need from my cooler with pads and how to maintenance them. Great business! Thanks again!

An Elmer’s Technician came out and worked on my old AC unit. He told me it was in fairly good condition for its age, and might even last a few more years. Three weeks later the Unit broke. I understood this could have happened due to its age, but when I called to see if I could Re-negotiate the bill, even slightly, I was met with rudeness and resistance. I felt unheard and misrepresented. I never asked them to forgive the bill; I was simply asking for consideration as a customer in a household who had used them for over 30 years.

I moved to Pueblo about 1 1/2 yrs ago... The house I purchased had an older Carrier unit and I was not familiar with the home, let alone the Heater / Air Conditioner in it.

It's the middle of summer and the air conditioner is not conditioning the air... First, I called a couple guys off Craigslist and then a supposed professional service company that couldn't get parts for my Carrier.

Made it through summer and had problems in the winter.... I discovered Elmer's Sheetmetal and they have been to my home 3 times over the past 12 or so months and the service has been great each and every time!

Today, they came out and cleaned the ducts with their Roto-Brush equipment.. The guys that serviced my home were here for hours today, they were professional, clean and friendly.. They even did a couple of additional tasks that I had not requested on the original estimate.

The system is running GREAT... I'm very happy with Elmer's Sheetmetal and was looking forward to writing this Google review tonight.

Nick and Patrick put in our new furnace and they have been awesome. They have done an excellent job, explained everything and were super pleasant. Great guys for sure.

The guys did a full furnace and a/c install on our new construction log home. Basement has 10' walls so they spent a lot of time on ladders for the install. Very professional crew a pleasure to be around. Did a full cleanup after they were done. Great to see these men work.

Elmers Sheet metal is a great company. Steve and his,staff treat customers with the up most respect and are very knowledgeable. Prompt service at a great price. Elmers have replaced my swamp cooler, finance, and now my hot water heater, all at a reasonable price. I would recommend Elmers, if you want great customer service.

Not happy at all. Im not sure what happened since last year but this year things have really changed. Last year for the summer our air conditioner wasn’t working. We called our Elmer’s sheet metal to help. They came promptly and was very respectful. Come to find out this summer our air conditioner is out of service again. Had a friend check it out. Says whoever replaced our circuit board (Elmer’s sheet metal) left it hanging there which caused the wires to fry out. I called Elmer’s sheet metal just two weeks ago told them my story the lady said she’d give the call to Steve. Ok that’s fine. Called the next day to see what’s going on. She says Steve is backed on calls but he’ll get to us when he can. Did we ever get any call back? Nope. Any service? Nope. Not a very good way of handling things especially when the problem was never fixed to begin with!

Elmers came out did a work order, got paid via credit card over the phone because my landlord lives out of town. Second work order got billed and mailed to residents home, in which was discarded due to wrong name for address. As soon as my landlord knew of the bill - he got paid right away. 200 bucks-

Called back for a third work order got the runaround for over two months, finally told by the owner Steve sense my landlord jumped the fence and went with someone else to replace the heater he decided not to come out, this is after I waited patiently for over 6 weeks without my heater in the cold and I have kids.
Bitterness of nonsense..
BAD business- kid style!
