Elmer’s is an amazing company. My mothers furnace was damaged due to standing water in her crawl space. They were out the same day I called for an estimate and then would have fixed it the next day. Elmer's Sheet Metal, and the entire staff from the owner, Steve to all 4 techs. who came to my home and spent 2 days to install a central air system in the dead of winter could not have been better! They were extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, pleasant and really focused on customer service. My furnace went out unexpectedly in the middle of winter, and within a short time I had a whole new system installed. The technicians in my home were so courteous and polite, and pleasant to be around. They did a wonderful professional A+ job, and they were also extremely easy to work with. This is an old-school company who really honors their customers and does their level best to make sure that customers are extremely happy with quality products. I recommend Elmer's to anyone who wants quality service and products at affordable prices. The owner Steve went overboard to help me in so many ways as did his son Nick. Steve came prompt to give the bid. The price was very fair for a furnace and air conditioner. I accepted the price and in a couple days the crew showed up to install them. They did not have problems and were done in about seven hours. They cleaned up their stuff and went through some basics with me. We are very happy with our new Lennox a/c and furnace. Would tecommend them highly.
