I inquired about a peak roof flashing. Called one day and was told I would receive a call back, and did not. So I called them back the next day. When I asked if the storm collar/ lock ring would come with it I was told to send in a drawing and then my quote would also be give. Come on its a peak roof flashing. All that should be needed is pitch and dimensions and include collar/ring and should have an idea of cost. Well I will take my business to a different company that returns calls and knows what they are doing.

Great company, I have used them for years to service my furnace in the Fall, my AC in the Spring and don't forget they also service Gas Fireplaces, something a lot of people use but forget to get serviced! Great people.

Elmer's sheet metal came out and fixed installed a new a/c for me on the same day .they are awesome.I will not call anyone else but Elmer's sheet metal.

Absolutely no customer service. I would not recomend this company to pull weeds let alone work on my AC. I am a very dissatisfied customer. I was advised that my invoice could not be located when I called. How very convenient for your company.

They were very easy to work with and fixed me up with just what I needed so we went and got the same order the 2nd time worked out great.

Bad service!! I would not recomend this company. Took over 1,000$ from us and they never repaired our heater. Still broken and we wasted so much money that they won't guarantee their work. Don't do business with these people.
