Matt, the owner, was prompt in both returning my message when inquiring about his services and showed up early to install a steam humidifier. His installation of the humidifier was top notch in all aspects. I checked other HVAC companies some were overpriced and others didn't return my calls or emails. He is very personable and professional in addition he's also a veteran which is a huge plus in my book. My wife and I can already tell a difference in our house and ourselves. Thank you Matt.

Absolutely top-notch!

We have had repeated issues with our 3 year old humidifier and had more than one company out to repair and try to get it working properly. The last company spent in excess of 10 hours trying to make it work, but that was temporary.

Matt came out quickly and resolved the issue while also taking care of some sloppy work by the previous HVAC company. When a second issue arose several weeks later, he quickly came by again to fix the problem.

I'm very happy to report that we've had no ongoing issues and are relieved to now have our "HVAC guy" going forward.

Matt did a great job. Made a quick fix, did't over charge, certified AC and Furnace, came out again because the buyer had extra questions which Matt replied to. Very obvious he knows what he is doing. Great to work with.. very articulate. The buyers had some very particular language and Matt addressed everything...even said would be happy to speak with the buyers. All done for a one time reasonable fee. No nickel and dime stuff. Very capable. Happy to write this.

I called DenTech up when having an issue with my heat today, left a message, and got a call back moments later. It was late afternoon and Matt made time to stop by my house after his last call. He fixed my issue within minutes. He was very kind and truly cares about his customers.

My husband and I had the opportunity to work with DenTech in the replacement of our air conditioner a couple of years ago and had a great experience. They were always on time, professional and very detailed in their work. The job was done quickly and on time. We had a blower motor beginning to fail (I could hear the squeak). I called Matt and sent him a picture of the model number and serial number of the furnace. He came over when promised and had all the parts. Unfortunately, one of the parts he got was bad, so he immediately got a replacement returned to our house and we were up and running. What a pleasure to deal with someone who takes care of his customers, comes prepared and does the job right the first time. I would gladly recommend him to friends and family.

Matt the owner is trustworthy, professional and very knowledgeable. I would not use anyone else! After being told I needed to replace the entire AC unit by another company I called him and it was a very simple fix. I am so grateful to him! It’s so nice having someone I knew I could trust!
