DenTech Heating and Air Conditioning

Matt came out today to install a Aprilaire 600 for us. He did an incredible job, I was at work but my wife was home and said he was courteous, professional and polite. I came home and checked out his work and Matt did an incredible job! The install was very clean, tubes and wiring tucked and secured. Couldn’t be happier. Very fair priced, was able to schedule less than week after our first call. Already recommended him to our neighbors. Will post Pictures soon!

Matt was amazing. I had a tricky issue other companies couldn’t fix. He was relentless in finding the problem and then fixing it. He researched ideas on his own, kept me in the loop, was super responsive (which is rare in the hvac world). I will use dentech for any job in the future and will recommend to everyone I know.

Great experience from start to finish. After shopping around and getting multiple quotes , we decided on DenTech and I am so happy we did! Matt showed up on time, completed the job quickly and didn't try to hassle us with unnecessary services. He took his time to answer all our questions and showed us how to prevent having the same problem with our furnaces in the future. Very professional and friendly service! Matt installed the whole house humidifier at our property. Very clean install. This is what I would expect for the money I spent on a professional job. Also the price he quoted to me was competitive and best amongst the estimates i received from other hvac companies. He was very knowledgeable and polite and answered all my questions patiently. I had DenTech replace my 15-year-old furnace and air conditioning system with the latest high efficiency models. My house has a large open floor plan with large windows facing the southwest. Usually during the summer months the second floor is 5 to 7 degrees warmer than the ground floor. Matt Michaelis’ heat load calculations must have been spot on, as well as his helpful recommendations on thermostat settings, because now the difference between floors is a much more comfortable couple of degrees.

Matt and his team were efficient and knowledgeable, not only about HVAC, but also about our county’s code requirements. They are not your typical “let’s hurry up and get on to our next job” contractor. When one of the boxes the equipment came in left a mark on our deck, Matt bought deck cleaner, came back and cleaned the deck, and all this without me even asking him to do it. Because of Matt’s attention to detail and pride in his workmanship, I know if I never need any warranty work done, Matt will stand behind his installation. It was a pleasant experience working with DenTech and I can highly recommend them.

DenTech was very quick to respond when my furnace died, they were able to keep the old furnace working long enough to keep my home warm while waiting for a new furnace. They did a great job of installation, are very professional, and charge a fair price, I would highly recommend them for any HVAC needs

I contacted 5 heating and air contractors to quote a AprilAir 800 steam humidifier. Only 3 returned my call and quoted the installation and unit.
Matt beat all by a significant amount. Matt sent some pictures of his work and they were impressive. Matt installed an Aprilaire Steam Humidifier for us today. His work and attention to detail was appreciated. His work was as the pictures. I enjoyed every aspect of our time with him. If we have any issues with our HVAC system he will be our go to guy. Our air conditioner suddenly stopped working on a hot summer evening, and DenTech was able to send a/c expert Matt the very next morning. He arrived early, was extremely knowledgable, identified the problem within 15 minutes, and was able to track down a hard-to-find replacement part for our older unit. We were back up and running that morning. This company has earned my trust and respect. Matt at DenTech is the best HVAC professional I have ever hired, bar none. Over the past several months, Matt has come out to my home to check out my aging furnace. He said "it doesn't need to be fixed or replaced now, but will soon," and didn't charge me, twice! Another HVAC company told me that my furnace needed to be replaced right away for a hefty $$$.

We ultimately decided, some months later, that we want to replace our 20-year old furnace preemptively before winter hits. Matt came on time today, did the job much faster than he estimated, and charged us an amazing price (much less than I paid about 5 years ago in another house). The new furnace looks and runs amazing. I will be recommending Matt to everyone for HVAC work.
