Jeremy was on time (window was 12-2pm, he was here at 12!), was pleasant and professional and completed the work quickly! I asked him a lot of questions regarding both heating and cooling, and Jeremy was courteous and friendly with his responses! I would HIGHLY recommend Blue Spruce Heating and Cooling!

I can count on one hand how many times I've gone online to leave a review of a company, but these guys/girls are more than deserving of the review.

What a great experience...both times. First, had them come out and replace a hot water heater. From the very first contact with this company (Allison), I knew I was in good hands. Allison answered the phone when I reached out and was beyond friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to get me an appointment to have the water heater installed and and at a great price within 4 days of calling. The guys that showed up were also very friendly and professional. They had a beast of a project trying to get the old water heater out of a very tight space, but did so without any damage to my home. Cleaned up after themselves nicely when they completed the project.

About a week later, I needed to have my furnace and A/C cleaned and serviced and knew who I was going to call. Allison got me all set up again, and Jeff came out and took care of it all and for a great price again.

I HIGHLY recommend looking no further than Blue Spruce Heating and Cooling for all of your needs.

I submitted a quote request through Yelp on a Sunday, and received a quick email reply. I had explained our heater issue, and their reply included the likely issue, which I was able to address for a short-term solution overnight. (It had just gotten cold.) I spoke with Allison the next morning, who was so helpful, considerate, and cheerful. She arranged for Jeff to come out during our preferred window of time, and he was very experienced in discerning the issues and repairing. He is very good at what he does, and was patient in listening and explaining how things work.

We have a relic of a ac unit and it went out one morning, we were so worried that the entire system finally kicked the bucket but Blue Spruce was able to figure out the issue within 10 minutes and got the part needed and had our AC fixed all at a very reasonable price. Jeff is a great technician and very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be using this company when we need to replace our entire unit.

Great service. Fast scheduling. Was able to find the reason for a fuse tripping a few times in the last month and had a good cleaning.

Jeff and the whole team (Kathy!!) are awesome. They are professional, diligent in fixing the problem and friendly. We’ve had them in our house for two different issues and will never use another company as long as Blue Spruce is around.
