Our furnace wasn’t working so we called Blue Spruce and Jeremy came out to diagnose the problem and do a tune-up. We needed a part which they were able to get quickly and returned a day later to fix the problem. Jeremy did a great job fixing the problem and even explained how to heat and cool our home more efficiently. Shout out to Kathy for being understanding when we had to reschedule too! I’d highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

I had Blue Spruce come out to do a routine furnace cleaning and service. The tech (Rich) was professional and efficient. Blue Spruce in general was easy to set the service up with and even helped with a price adjustment after the fact without any issue. Overall an easy and good experience.
We called on a Saturday, Jeremy came out the following Tuesday. I was in Colorado for the week and taking care of an issue on our mountain home. We have a 2 1/2 year old Rinnai tankless heater that had been quickly cycling between hot and cold since May. Jeremy determined the problem, and clearly, logically and simply explained that due to propane burning hotter than natural gas, the heat sensor was overheating, causing a safety sensor to shut off the heater in short bursts. He lowered the temp 10° and now everything is working fine! He also allowed me to video him explaining how to do maintenance on our system. And, last but not least, although we are in the mountains about 30 miles west of Denver, their charge for all of this was very reasonable. From my call to Blue Spruce on Saturday morning, to Jeremy's arrival Tuesday morning, they provided excellent, friendly and knowledgeable service!!
