Blue Spruce Heating and Cooling installed a new AC system in the bedroom area of my 2 story home which has hot water baseboard heat and has never had AC. They came out and thoroughly explained the job down to the placement of the vents in each bedroom. Their bid was very reasonable and they were always on time and very professional and friendly. Jeff bid the job and Billy and his crew did the install. Allison in the office was always available to answer questions. I am super pleased with the result as now my bedrooms are cool and a vent at the top of the stairs blows cool air down into the main level. This is a family owned business and I would highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs.

Blue Spruce H&C saved me from 4 week without hot water.
I arrived home from vacation and discovered I had no hot water and could not get the pilot light to stay on. The water heater was about 6 months old so I called the company that installed it and was informed they do not do emergency calls and they could get out here in about 4 weeks. Unacceptable, I began calling plumbing companies and Blue Spruce came the next day. Jeremy arrived on time with a very pleasant greeting and a big smile. He determined my gas valve was faulty and needed to be replaced. They had to order the part. which took a couple of days. As soon as the part was in, Jeremy returned a couple of hours early and got the water heater repaired. The office staff and the owner of the company were very understanding of my need for hot water and responded quickly and efficiently to my request.

So glad I went with the rave reviews for Blue Spruce. The entire crew is great! Allison is super responsive and wonderful to work with. Our old AC was not working, Jeff came by, diagnosed the issue and offered us a couple of options, no hard sell whatsoever. It was going to take another week to get our new AC installed, and Allison offered to loan us a portable AC for the bedroom, which was very much appreciated! Jordan and crew were punctual and very professional. They installed the new AC and installed a new return in the basement. Jordan thoroughly explained how the new thermostat worked and returned a few days later to recheck the freon level since it was a cool day when they first installed the AC. My furnace wasn’t working & my home was getting cold. I called Blue Spruce and they were able to send out a technician the same day & they were able to diagnose the issue & get it running again! I will definitely use them again.

Would give a six. Excellent serviceman. Another company that advertises on radio said I need a new furnace. I didn’t like the information or the scare tactics. Blue spruce fixed the problem and furnace works great. I will never use another company. Can’t say enough on how pleased I am with the serviceman.

The owners Jeff and Allison were quick to respond and Jeff came out to take a look at our project and was super nice and helpful. The quote was very reasonable and on the day of install; Jordan, Billy and Adam did a great job! They were knowledgeable, professional and cleaned up thoroughly once the install was complete. From the minute I called and spoke with Ally, the customer service was outstanding! Ally was able to get me scheduled for later the same day, and even called me back about 5 minutes later and said that she has a tech that will be in my neighborhood earlier and could squeeze me between 12-2. Jeremy showed up promptly at 12 noon and was able to resolve the issue quickly and was very professional. I highly recommend Blue Spuce!
