Process from beginning to end was smooth. Salesman came out on time and provided many options and models. Half was required down to schedule installation, but that was not a big deal to me. Installers we're on time but had to leave to get a few things, again not a big deal to me. That happens during remodels, think of how many times you go to Home Depot to install a faucet and the was an entire AC and furnace. One they had everything, they didn't stop until the job was done. The AC blows cold and it is a quality unit. Veteran owned, that was icing on the cake.

Finally a company that really cares about their customers! Sid, Jessica, Allen, and Navid were all amazing. The service was top notch from getting the quote all the way through installing the AC unit. Several times I sent questions to Jessica and she had answers back to me within minutes. Allen and Navid took their time doing the install to make sure everything was perfect. Without a doubt, I would recommend Flawless Air and will go back to them with any further HVAC needs!

We loved these guys. They did an excellent job with installation of our air conditioner and 97% efficient Trane furnace. Navid was extremely knowledgeable and when they were done they cleaned up the job site completely. Their prices are great.

Couldn't be happier! I received advice on the right unit for my home. The guys came and installed it and stayed late making sure everything was perfect. I would definitely call them again.

Flawless Air Service provided a prompt and competitive quotation and didn’t offer a bunch of dubious discounts. Their installation was on time and they corrected two pilot light failures before the installation. They even replaced a gas service valve at no additional cost.

New owner took care of us even though he didn’t necessarily need to (work had been done and paid for). Old ownership installed too small of a unit for our situation and it wasn’t cooling down the house. But he did everything he could to get us a better functioning unit and now we are very very happy. My old furnace finally gave it up last winter. I called Flawless and they gave me a great quote for replacement furnace and they replaced it quickly too. My tenant said that they were great to work with on site as well.

I asked for a certification on my furnace. I was told by the Flawless tech that the owner said it was illegal to certify a furnace after a certain age!

Then I was offered an inspection for $65 by the same Flawless tech. This isn’t what I asked for nor what I was promised. Will not recommend!

Best air conditioner , best price. My ultility bill dropped $48.00the first month and $110.00 the second month. The installer was a perfectionist and I am very satisfied

Installers came on time, very polite, professional, and completed job in reasonable time. New furnace works great and I am looking forward to using the central AC this summer!
