Would highly recommend Flawless Air Service. The employees were on-time, did a fantastic job of installing both an AC unit and a furnace. Maintained a very clean workplace and spent time with me in explaining how to use the AC, furnace, thermostat and the humidifier.

Flawless Air replaced my AC, furnace and water heater. They did a great job and price was very fair. Highly recommend!

My new Trane Furnace installed by Flawless Air Mechanical has a variable speed fan system, which is so much quieter than my old furnace. But it did not seem to be pushing as much air as my old furnace. Fortunately it was a matter of changing the factory settings, which they were happy to do, and now I'm very pleased with the improvement in both the airflow rate and lower sound level. They were very gracious about coming back out to make it right.

Flawless Air offered a better product at 1/3 the price of our first bid. They were quick and professional and offered the same service plan as our first bid as well. We were very impressed and would use them again.

Yesterday, a different HVAC company came to do a "simple" furnace check. I had never had any problems, yet they suggested my furnace was failing & I need a new one. Last night, I suddenly had no heat. I wanted a second opinion. Adam, my Flawless tech, was not only thorough in his investigation, but he took the time to explain everything. It turns out I do NOT need a new furnace at all. Flawless came the same day & I HAVE HEAT!!!

Extremely positive experience! Prices were very competitive, install was excellent and very quick (the even identified some changes that could be made in the way my furnace "architecture" that would definitely be an improvement). Everything they suggested made complete sense to me (I am an engineer myself). They made those enhancements at no extra cost! In short, I trust these folks completely. In my world THAT is what matters.

They definitely had a competitive AC price. There was some miscommunication between my salesperson and the install team which is always a concern, but they handled it professionally and took care of business. Everything’s working great so far. I recommend them.

I had a recent change of thermostats and updated. However the person that installed the thermostat installed it incorrectly. The Flawless Air Service Technician found the issue immediately. Also, because our thermostat was incorrectly wired, the constant cycling on and off had burned out our board to the furnace. This part is normally $250. He happened to have one on hand and replaced it without charging us for the part! All in all, we had our furnace fixed for around $250 for what should have been twice that. They came on the day that I called, they arrived on time and were extremely professional. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC repair or service.

Estimator came to the house very friendly very nice gentlemen. We discussed the project in great detail, he quoted me on the spot for 2,500.00 for the work requested. This in my opinion was very fair and right in line with other quotes I had received. We both agreed that it was fair and I told him I wanted to get on the schedule. They schedule me for a Thursday afternoon spot, I was happy that they were able to get me in fast and was looking forward to getting my HVAC work completed. Two days before the project a lady ( I will not name names) emailed and said that they needed to charge me more. I question this of course, I was mostly questioning it because of amount of detail that the estimator and I had covered. We went back and fourth a few times via email, I was extremely confused so I called the office to discuss. The lady had never talked to the estimator, she had just on whim decided that I should be charged more. ( Note, she was a touch rude and defensive) When I asked her how much extra, she said they would have to send a estimator out again. I begged her to call the estimator and talk to him about the project, I like many would want to use a company with a perceived reputation as this one. She said she would and then she never called back. These are facts of how my experience with this company went, I hope that other do not have this experience but this is mine.
