Flawless Air Mechanical

We used Flawless Air Service to install central A/C. The staff was fast, courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Overall I was very satisfied with the whole process! They even showed me how to control the air via my Nest Thermostat. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, was they left insulation on our washer/dryer (where the furnace is and the A/C connection) and miscellaneous scraps outside outside by the unit. A bit more after-work cleanup would have been great. My puppy is still finding their leftover stuff near the A/C unit. Other than that, everything was great!

I purchased a new central A/C unit as well as a replacement furnace from this company around July. It was an easy process, and a lot cheaper than competitors. (About $8,000 for everything, others were at $14,000) The A/C worked great.

Fast forward to today, 31 degrees and my furnace isn't working. It pushes out cold air and that's it. I called, frustrated, and left a message. They're not going to get back to me today, I'm sure.

I get called back, and they arrive in about two hours. They fix the furnace immediately and are on their way, no charge, questions or anything. For what it's worth, the gas valve was off so it was nothing to do with the unit or their previous installation.

I would highly recommend this company.

I submitted a request for an AC install through Angie's List and I received a call within 20 minutes. They sent an employee over two days later (would have been sooner but the following day was 4th of July), and we discussed options. They had the unit installed within a week. Allan, the technician, did a great job. I would recommend Flawless Air any day.

A/C installation went off without a hitch. A while ago Flawless installed a heater, so this is my second time working with them. Each time the service was excellent and the prices were great. I'll use them in the future without question. Couldn't ask for more.

Within 15 minutes of doing research for a new furnace on Home Advisor, Jeremy called and left me a message. With a little bit of phone tag, we are able to figure out a date for him to come out and give me an estimate on a furnace. My furnace was 26 years old and I was just being proactive to get a new one before this one died. He literally made me an offer I couldn't refuse after explaining thoroughly the problems with having an old furnace. This was on a Thursday and he was able to get me in the following Monday to put in a new furnace. The time he gave me was the typical between 9 and 12. He and his installer were at my house by 9:10 on Monday morning. The install took just over two hours. They were professional, clean and personable. I highly recommend Flawless Air Service!

I wanted to replace my 25 year old furnace and ac while I was still working. I got 3 estimates, two from companies that advertise frequently on tv and one from FlawlessAir. I have a small, single story house so I didn't need an elaborate system to do the job. Flawless was $3000 less than the other guys. An appointment was set, they showed up on time and did the job. A crew of three did the job and all were super friendly. It has been in the 90s here for the last few weeks and ac is working great. New furnace blower blows alot harder than the old one and has sucked alot of dirt and dust out of my duct work so I have had to change furnace filters twice quickly. AC unit is very quiet. Just one minor issue. My doorbell transformer is mounted to the power box for the furnace and doorbell is not working. It may have been disconnected when wiring up the furnace but I am working on that. All of the people I have dealt with at Flawless seem very knowledgeable. Would recommend.

Jeremy, my salesman, was at my home within two hours of my call. We discussed the scope of the project and he quickly understood my expectations. He presented a couple options which met the requirements and then after about ten minutes of discussing the sales price, we struck a deal. Couldn’t ask for a more simple process. No pressure by Jeremy and he let his product and pricing make the sale. Would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a knowledgeable professional. The fact that he is a veteran is just icing.

My job is not started/complete but is scheduled for a few days out. This review is for the sales process only but I anticipate a good installation as well.

I admire the excellent service of Flawless. They installed a new furnace at our house; the staff was professional. They cleaned up the site after installation. The manager visited us twice to check after installation and to confirm that we were satisfied with the works. Their charges were very reasonable compared to other quotes of furnace installers.
I would highly recommend Flawless for HVAC works.

I scheduled an appointment online through Home Advisor. Didn't hear back from the company until the morning of the appointment, advising me that they would be on time. I was looking for an estimate for a whole-home humidifier. Two guys showed up, both relatively young, and they took roughly 15 minutes to give me an estimate and explain everything. They had an opening that afternoon for one of their installers, so I committed. It couldn't have been easier. The installer came out and did a great job installing the humidifier. Great company, easy to work with! I even signed up for their annual maintenance plan for only $8/month. I definitely feel comfortable with this company, the work they did, and look forward to them maintaining my HVAC for years to come.

Wonderful experience. Al is very knowledgeable and took the time to talk with us about our options and gave us a very fair price. Helped debunk a lot of bad information we got from previous companies about the age and condition of our AC and furnace, which ended up saving us a lot of money and stress in the long run. Would highly recommend.
