McCormick Heating, Cooling & Electrical

I am trying to sale a house from a far and during the inspection process there was HVAC work that needed to be taken care which included a new part to be purchased and installed. McCormick heating understood this was a time sensitive manner and expedite the process as fast as possible. I was able to gain quick trust with the company and allotted them to go inside my house unattended. I had a family member follow up after install and they said they couldn't even tell anyone had been in the house. That says something in itself about the companies character. In addition, I needed a letter of certification and even though they had finished install the day prior they didn't charge my card until they provided the letter the next day. I must add, the best part of this process was working with Kaile from the main office. She was more than a pleasure to work with and handled the urgency of the manner with extreme professionalism. She was also able to explain and answer all questions I had. Thank you McCormick Heating and Cooling for taking care of the problem and paying attention to the small things. The small things is what set this company apart from their competitors from my opinion. My experience was nowhere near as painless as this was in past experience with their counterparts.

Justin was just terrific. He worked hard all day to put in my new furnace when it was freezing cold out.

McCormick was called out when our furnace stopped working. Nick showed up to "SAVE THE DAY!" and boy did he deliver! He was very personable, polite and professional. He knew exactly what to do to fix the problem and did just that. No issues since! I believe he went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them!

Being a first time home owner, my heart almost stops when something breaks. So when I knew my heating system needed some TLC, I immediately started sweating bullets. We called McCormick Heating and Cooling, and they sent Nick out first thing in the morning the next day. Nick has a great attitude and was very professional. He put my mind at ease knowing that it was going to be an easy fix. Even though he didn’t have the part for immediate repair, the shop was able to track down the part and install in later in the day. Nick constantly kept me in the loop and gave curtesy calls to let me know he was on his way. If I ever have a problem in the future, I will definitely be contacting McCormicks no questions asked.

Cruz was so quick, courteous, professional. I definitely recommend! He fixed my a/c issue so quick, I turned around to get him a water and he was done.

Shout-out to McCormick, and specifically Cruz. He gave me a heads up before heading to our house and was exceptional when he arrived. He listened to our concerns and probed to actually understand what we were experiencing, not just telling us what to think. He also provided tips for preventative maintenance and explained what he was doing as be looked into our problem. Helpful, courteous, and friendly, I'd use McCormick again in a heartbeat.

McCormick Heating and Cooling was great! Their employees were punctual and respectful. They worked quickly and cleaned up well after they were finished. We had a concern after the work was complete and they were very responsive and sent another technician out to double check on our concerns.

The maintenance, sales, install and service representatives were all timely, efficient, and very friendly to work with. I was able to update a 45yr old townhome to all of the latest and greatest heating and cooling, at a good value, within a couple of weeks. They even offered to install sooner. I highly recommend this company and each of their team members.
