Highly recommend All Phase Mechanical in northern Colorado. Brandon was prompt in scheduling our annual service for our furnaces. He is always very genuine, professional and helpful. He is very knowledgeable and tells you the truth. Completely trust his expertise and knowledge. He thoroughly explained any recommendations he had as well as gave us any pros and cons if we decided to/not follow through with his recommendation. We never once felt pressured and felt he gave us his honest expert opinion. Again, would highly recommend All Phase Mechanical to anyone and will continue to use him for any HVAC needs in the future.

All Phase Mechanical is the best HVAC company in northern Colorado, hands down. Brandon was incredibly helpful with our all of our air conditioning needs. He went above and beyond thoroughly checking every detail of our furnace and air conditioner. Brandon was understanding about our budget and gave us multiple options on how to proceed forward with our issues. He left us feeling educated about our system and gave us realistic expectations on the upcoming years with our aging furnace and AC. We can not recommend him highly enough and will continue to use him on our properties in the future.

When our AC unit finally gave out in early July, Brandon came to our rescue. New AC units were hard to come by, but Brandon was able to track one down and had it up and running less than a week. We thought we had a bathroom fan issue at our office building, and after calling 10+ HVAC companies in the area, Brandon was the only one who could make time for us right away -- everyone else was days out with no wiggle room. He scheduled an appointment on the spot for bright and early the next morning, which was incredible given the responses I received from the other companies around town. After further review of our issue, it turned out there was something wrong with the toilet and not the fan, and someone I work with was able to fix it and stop the terrible noise; however, for all future HVAC issues, I'll definitely be reaching out to Brandon as he was quick, courteous, professional, and awesome. Just to add some honest feedback from my experience, Brandon sounded professional, friendly, and he was willing to work with my busy schedule. He offered to show up after 5pm, which was not necessary but appreciated. However, he didn’t show. Said he was busy on a job and lost track of time and that it would be after 7pm so he wanted to reschedule for the next day at 8am. I regularly work late so this was a bit early but, since he was so flexible with me, I wanted to return the favor. I got up early and waited. And waited. After 8:30 I gave up. He never called with an explanation nor did I bother to call back at this point. I’m sure these guys are busy but it was a disappointing experience for me.

Brandon is the best, he came out on short notice to repair our AC after we returned from camping to find our AC blowing hot air. He quickly found the issue and repaired it in no time. When our AC had another issue the next week due to no fault of his repair (different issue), he came back out again to make sure we were squared away before the weekend. Thank you so much!
