Update- xcel just left my house at 3 am… I’ve had a gas leak since the 9th. Today is the 11th… 0.8 gas exposure. Low explosive limit…: all because a nut was not tightened at all..this not only put me and my 3 babies at risk but the entire building, the guys that did this were the kindest kids ever. But is this seriously something this company wants in their hands. This complacency put many families at risk and is completely in acceptable.

Jake was very professional! He replaced our old, loose outlets. He was communicative and did a great job! Definitely would recommend !

Brittney and Taylor are amazing! Tom (the tech who did the work) was great too, but he didn’t have the opportunity to go above and beyond – the girls did, and they stepped up! I phoned them in the middle of a sub zero temps blizzard with a busted furnace. I was dealing with insurance company red tape, who wanted to order and buy the part themselves. I had doubts whether this was going to happen in time to save my pipes, so Brittney and Taylor got their hands on the part, and stood ready to send someone to install it if the insurance company agreed. I don’t know how many times I called with updates and more complications, but it was a LOT. They acted in record time and put in so much effort. Totally saved my house.

I have a bunch of properties and have to make use of a lot of trades. I am used to terrible customer service from the offices, but dealing with this office was like a breath of fresh, minty air in springtime. I will use McCormick again in a heartbeat Thanks Brittney and Taylor.

Justin and Ron were the best installers hands down. Showed up on time and made sure that I was feeling good about the installation before they left. Hands down would recommend both these guys and company to install anything hvac.

Justin was great installing our furnace. He answered all our questions regarding the furnace and warranties. He gave us updates on when he would arrive which helped us plan our schedule.

If you have a heating or electrical issue, call McCormick Heating ASAP. My furnace went out on Christmas day. After calling everyone in the metro area, they were the ONLY company to call and follow up. Josiah called when he was heading to the job and their office called to confirm the work. He arrived early, did an accurate assessment of the job, and informed me of every step. The job required a part that needed to be sent overnight. He got the part, fixed it and heat is back on. McCormick is my first choice anytime work is needed in the future. They made a commitment and got it done which is rare these days. Thanks Josiah!

Our ac broke down and McCormick was quick to respond and help us negotiate with our home warranty company. Our new ac system is working beautifully!

From my initial tune up with Ronaldo “Ron” the tech, to getting everything taken care of with my home warranty and scheduled on the calendar with the front desk Brittany and Sam to the final product delivery and install of a new furnace … hands down a seamless experience that happened all within a 2 week timeframe! Kudos!
