They were wonderful!! I recieved an outrageous bid for a new AC and they came out (same day) and gave a lower price and then installed the next day. The guys were so polite and I cannot say enough good things about them. I have great peace of mind knowing that I now have a great company I can call in the future. I would recommend them any day!! Called Rory on 6-29-19 he said he will be stopping on Sunday evening to fix my AC unit and i said that will be fine. Here it is Sunday evening, I text him to fine out what time he would be by to recharge my AC unit. I waited and waited for a call or a text. And he was a no show. So what does that tell you...........you cant count on anybody any more........

Work was not up to code or done correctly. Caused damages to my ceiling and drywall from a leak after a roof jack was not installed. Rory told us we would be reimbursed for the roofer and patchwork that had to be completed. No response to multiple emails, text messages or phone calls and no reimbursement.

Rory was very responsive at first and came to replace the blower in my furnace quickly. I hired him to install a furnace, A/C and water heater in a property I purchased to flip. Initially, I told him I wanted permits pulled and asked if he was licensed. He assured me that he is. After he had the furnace, A/C and water heater on the wall, I looked up the permits on the Denver Building Department's website and saw there were no permits for the HVAC. When I asked him about it, he told me he didn't think I wanted permits and he isn't licensed in the city of Denver. I asked my plumber to pull the permit for Rory. Later, Rory told me he wanted his final payment and I asked if it had passed the final inspection. This was in May. He told me it did. I wrote him a check to discover he had NOT called for the final and it was NOT ready. I've been trying to get him to come finish the water heater for months and to even JUST install the vents for the furnace. Neither are done. He had a guy come by to install the vents and this guy started putting holes in my ceilings for no apparent reason. I had to ask him to leaave. The holes aren't repaired, the vents aren't installed and my water heater doesn't work. Rory's current excuse is he is waiting for the company to send a new water heater. But it's been months!!!!!
