I had another issue this year and asked him back out to service my AC to make sure it was running good for the long, hot summer we are in for. He came out, about 6 hours later than he initially told me. Inspected, found a frozen pipe, told us to let it thaw then try running it again and make contact with him if it froze again. I did exactly that. When I asked him to come back, he made arrangements to come back on a Sunday. By 3:30 pm on Sunday, he started texting me that my system probably needed replacing, and when I understandably balked, being that my system is less than 5 years old, he stopped responding to me and never showed up and never made any further contact with me. I have found another company that has actually showed up, opened up my unit and is giving it a thorough clean and service. If you need these guys to come out, make sure you just take the whole day off. They are ok when they actually show up.

Rory is a good guy. I enjoy my communication with him. One hundred and seventeen reviews are not an accident!!!
