We’ve used this business the past few times and every time I’ve gotten good honestly quality service. My husband and I have used other HVAC services in the past and we gotten dishonesty and paid for service and repair we didn’t even need. We finally found a company we can trust. We own many rentals around the metro area and a few up north and having to make more then one appointment in a day this company have been there for us every time and on time with no problem. I highly recommend this company for their affordability, professionalism, honesty, and good quality service.

Rory came out immediately after I needed help with AC. He fixed it that night after I had talked to multiple people who said they couldn’t come till later in the week. Everyone else said they would charge me for a night rate. He was kind, came quickly straight from another job, affordable and all around great.

One month ago Rory came out to my house on short notice because my hot water heater was going out. He was quick to get the job done and his price was fair. He left my whole home humidifier un-hooked to my hot water heater because he didn't bring the coupling valve with him, but said he would come back and get it re-hooked. For the past month I've made several attempts to get him to come back to the house and install the needed valve to finish the job, but have largely been ignored. I've even made it clear that I'd work around his schedule to be at the house whenever he could fit me into his schedule.

We called Rory at 5pm on a Thursday evening (on a holiday weekend) and he was out here by 7pm to fix our AC. He was very efficient, polite and had a lot of very useful tips to help maintain the life of our ac unit. Very reasonable pricing! I would highly recommend using this company!!!

I called a few numbers off google last winter when my furnace went out. I got lucky Rory from Green-tech was one of those numbers I called! He came out the same day & charged less then most of the quotes I got from other companies. He was fast & polite. My AC went out yesterday so I called him back. He showed up within hours and was fast & polite again.

I could not have asked for more. I called late in the day on an especially hot day when our AC had quit working, Rory came by on his way home and luckily was able to locate and fix the problem quickly and got us going! He was professional and fair and truly a lifesaver. Will call again when in need.

I originally gave a 5 star review but I’m editing this because ever since Rory came we have had issues with our HVAC system. Since he first came 5 months ago I have learned that he disconnected our cooling system through our heat pump and replaced our working thermostat (which cost us $150 to replace) because it supposedly wasn’t communicating with the system. Also, we have tried to contact Rory several times to get him here to fix it and we haven’t heard back from him. We have gotten another company to look at it and they say in order to get our air conditioning working again we will have to replace our thermostat again and it will cost another $500 to get the system back to normal. To say the least we are very disappointed with his service.
