I bought a new house and had some furnace issues. After visits from three other companies, Alex came out and took great care of me. He diagnosed my issue and fixed it on the first attempt. I had some issues with my air conditioner as well and he fixed that in about 3 minutes. I recommended him to a co-worker and he saved the guy thousands of dollars fixing his system instead of replacing it.

Alex responded to my service request, on a Saturday, within 5 minutes of submitting. I had received a quote from another service provider, who had maintained my system for a few years, to purchase a part and install it. The quote was for thousands of dollars to install a $350 part, with less than 30 minutes of labor involved. Alex secured the necessary part and installed it on the following Monday at 1/5th the quoted price. The prior service provider has forever been replaced, and CMS now has my business for however long I reside in Colorado.

They were very nice , very polite and respectful and completely professional. Since they were new to us I watched them for a short time and realized they knew exactly what they were doing. That translated into efficiency and shorter timeframe to complete the job. After telling us what to be done now I could tell the price would be reasonable. And it was very reasonable! They also informed us of some issues that could possibly happen in the future with no pressure to spend more money now. That was very appreciative and it took the pressure off us to not spend more money now than we needed to.
