I went to repair my own unit and reached a point in which I needed the licensed professionals. So I contacted fort collins heating and air. NO ONE PICKED UP. Unbeknownst to my sheer ignorance, the REAL professionals are with NORTHERN HEATING AND AIR. The owner personally came out to finish my progress immediately. He didn't charge me an arm or leg, or try and upsell me on products I can't afford, so he gave advice on how to prolong the life of my unit. In and out, they we're an hour to replace a faulty fan and system maintenance. It was a pleasure working with them and that is why I want all of Northern Colorado to know that NORTHERN HEATING & AIR is who you call when you need the work done now!

The owner Scott showed up at my front door, explained to me that the previous owner owed him money. I offered my help to contact the sellers agent and asked for his card. He gives me his card and started to threaten me that if it isn’t paid he is going to put a lien on our home. I explained it wasn’t anything we knew about or did but he insisted he could do so. We are the new owners at this house and this had nothing to do with us. We had no signed contract with him and I had never met this guy. It was terrifying to say the least. I don't normally write bad reviews but this was so unprofessional of a Business Owner to show up to someone's house knowing they are new owners and using a threatening tactic to try and pry money from them. I have never been so shook up from someone showing up on my doorstep. I have warned my whole Neighborhood of Camfield about your business ways. I hope you at least think about how horrible you handled the situation and learn to treat people better. I might have considered using this business in the future, but instead I wouldn't let them near my home again.

Scott, the owner, was willing to check out a malfunctioning ceiling unit heater in our barn on a Saturday. A previous HVAC contractor had told me a replacement would cost $3280. Northern Heating and Air quoted $1200. Once Scott checked the heater he cleaned it and it worked!! Cost to me...$82!!!! Great service, great guy
