We had The Weather Changers out to service our furnace and A/C. They sent a reminder of the appointment the day before and another one when the technician way on the way, including a picture. He was professional and on time. He explained everything he was doing and didn’t try to sell any more unnecessary services. We would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future. Excellent!

Awesome company to work with. They were very prompt with the estimate appointment and the guy who came out was super nice. He laid out my options really well and wasn’t pushy at all. I liked the quote (which they provided super fast) and they were able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks to have the work done. The day of the crew was right on time. Everyone was very professional and kind. They answered all of my questions and the new system is working great. Highly recommend!

Initial call with customer service was pleasant and easy to set up. Then Bobby came and he was awesome. He clearly explained the various steps he was taking and helped diagnose the issue. After spending a lot of time with different AC companies on a fairly problematic installation, it's really refreshing to have found out about weather changers! The folks there a professional, small repairs are included within the price of the diagnostic, and I've had them fix things were other companies were charged thousands of dollars for , during the diagnostic visit!
