Best HVAC company I’ve ever dealt with. Fair price, great work, super friendly people, and the best part was that my technician showed me everything and taught me a ton about my system.

The technician showed up a couple of minutes early and went right to work. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it, along the way explaining what he was doing and where the issue was. He did a couple of more maintenance things while ensuring the system was working properly and was on his way.

Bobbi our technician was so knowledgeable and kind and educated us about what was going on with our furnace. The price was reasonable and we have a good idea of next steps for taking care of our furnace.

Tyler was out today to check my fam for a noise I thought I heard. After running a few test he assured me that every is running normal.

Our AC had stopped working a few weeks ago, and in the course of trying to get it fixed, the first company that we called (which shall remain nameless) came out and said they couldn’t get the motor for our condenser for weeks, and that might not even fix it so it should be replaced. They then proceeded to tell us our furnace had a cracked heat exchanger and also needed replacement! They turned off the gas to it and put a big Caution sticker on it, and showed us some unclear photos of cracks that they said we’re in our furnace.

We then found a repairman who was able to get a new motor for our condenser in one day, and voila it is working again. We then called The Weather Changers for a second opinion on the furnace. Bobby was the service person who came to our house—he was friendly, professional, and great about explaining everything he was doing. He inspected our furnace thoroughly, tested extensively for CO traces, and could find NOTHING wrong with the furnace. He also doublechecked the AC condenser and said things were working fine.

It’s very disheartening to think the first company was just trying to make a sell (and with dubious methods). It was SO great to find in the Westher Changers a company that values honesty and real service over making more profit. Bobby was fantastic… a great representative for the company. The Weather Changers are now our go-to HVAC company for sure. I’ve already pointed other people toward them (and away from the other company we had called first)!

Honest, responsive, friendly, instructive, and reasonable. Bobby went above and beyond to help within hours of calling. He also takes his time to explain the pros / cons behind multiple options and was very hands on to help me self service in the future. One of my favorite companies to work with!

Chris and his Team were great. I had a lot of questions during the estimate process. My questions were answered quickly and honestly. Instal went smoothly, very clean, pleasant experience. All too often service providers, these days, seem to try and take advantage of the situation. Weather Changers was a nice change of pace!

This company is amazing. Customer service to the highest level both in the office and with serviceman Aaron. They were able to get me an appointment within 48 hours. Aaron was amazing, explained things and was very personable.

Bobby was great! He got to our house promptly and solved the problem. I love that they have a 30 day warranty on their diagnostics. We will definitely using them, again!
