The tech who came out was really respectful, knowledgeable, and honest. He actually recommended against extra work that might be an unnecessary expense. When we asked what we could expect to pay when it comes time to replace the furnace, he suggested we get quotes from a few different places. That tells me that they're both honest and confident that their prices are competitive. It was also really convenient to book online. We'll definitely be calling them for future HVAC work!
