Made an appointment with them far in advance for important issue and they cancelled last minute to take a “higher paying job” I asked to speak to a manager for more understanding and they hung up on me. If you value your time do not use this company, i took time off work for this and they cancelled on me last minute. They cost me time and money

Ace Heating & Air Conditioning has responded quickly, professionally and capably to each of the situations we have presented to them. I think they even rescheduled some matters in order to make sure that my mom's HVAC was up and blowing cold air within a day of me contacting them about the issue. I would highly recommend this company.

Called about an issue with my AC and got a response within 20 minutes. The technician that came out, Mark was able to diagnose the problem and provide an immediate and contingency solution within minutes. His initial fix worked but he was still ready and willing to return and have another crack at it if necessary. I have used a number of different places over the years and this is by far the best. I will be using them for any future HVAC issues.

AC went off overnight; woke up to 80 degrees in the house. Called early and they had someone to my house by 10.30 am. He found the problem was a bad breaker, had it working temporarily overnight. Returned the next day with replacement parts and I'm good to go. Thank you Ace Heating & Air Conditioning Co for responding quickly during peak heat season.

They were all AMAZING! They came on time, they were honest and courteous, worked quickly and went above and beyond my expectations! Honestly they all deserve raises! Very happy with the service they provided!!!

Charged me $325 for 40 minutes inspection, no parts, just labor. Seems very expensive.

Had to call and dispute the amount deposited to recover it after cancellation.
