Based on their ratings, I reached out to this company, but it was a bad experience. My furnace stopped working one night. I called the company the following day. The technician showed up on time, was helpful, and suggested purchasing a new furnace instead of preparing the existing one. Since I am not a professional, I took his advice. They installed a new furnace (made in 2021) in November 2022. The invoice does not show the model, serial number, or any specific details about the furnace. I received the invoice and the furnace documents after the equipment was installed. I received a small unit, but the price is high (other providers charge between $4,300- $4,800). When I called, it was inconvenient for them to discuss why they overcharged me and ignored the issue with the furnace. I am still waiting to hear back from them. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Do your price check, the year of the model before committing to this company.

Ace heating and cooling is a scam. They don't even have a physical address at 200 N Quebec street. They use a call center to dispatch technicians. The technician that showed up looked very grungy and completely unprofessional. He tracked mud all over my floor. He looked at my non working furnace for all of 5 minutes and told me by blower fan and high limit switch was broken. He then proceeded to try and convince me I needed a new furnace and that there was a discount if I bought one now. I felt uncomfortable the whole time. I got a second opinion and it turns out there is NOTHING wrong with my furnace. It possibly overheated and turned off. He turned it back on and everything was working fine. The blower motor worked just fine. I tried to call back and ask for a refund because the technician was so blatantly wrong. The call center wouldn't get me in touch with the company and wouldn't issue a refund. I have no way of talking to someone of authority. I'm writing this review so that other people can avoid this scam company.
We were in need of a new driveway and this company provided us with excellent service. The crew was professional and did a great job with the installation. The new driveway looks fantastic and has added curb appeal to our home.
They're reliable, responsive, and reasonably priced. The technicians are great at communicating and offer really helpful tips for keeping my system running smoothly. I would definitely recommend them!

Terrible company, I work 2 jobs and scheduled my appointment with them 2 weeks in advance to get off from both jobs. They called me and said the technician decided to take another appointment that was a “commercial job” that would make them more money, so they cancelled my appointment. They then said, “how about we come Friday?” Lol terrible customer service and some of their call center employees speak broken English and cause communication barriers.
