Western Peak Plumbing was recommended to me by a real estate agent I worked with a couple of years ago. I called in Monday morning and made the appointment to have someone look at a leak under the sink. I was pleased to find out James was able to come earlier. He assessed the situation and before he left to get the parts I asked him if he could also install a water line for a new refrigerator I am getting ready to purchase. He agreed, came back with all the parts, and completed both jobs quickly. He was pleasant and polite during the whole operation. I was also pleasantly surprised when he presented the invoice! I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing needs!!

I needed a new hot water heater installed . Everyone was professional, on time and called ahead. I appreciate that they also allowed me to tex information and pictures of the work that was needed done. Pricing and time frame of when they were able to complete the work was excellent. Inspection by city inspector was done quickly as the installation was done correctly.
I Will absolutely recommend them and use their services again 😀

James Peck is the best! He is very professional, meticulous and did a great job. It wasn't an easy install because gas lines and pipes had to be moved. He took his time and made sure the job was perfect.

I would totally recommend Western Peak! They just saved me hundreds and maybe thousands of dollars! I had a backed up shower drain in my basement that another company said was a collapsed drain that would have to be dug out. I asked Western to come out for a second opinion and they worked really hard to save me money. They did a second look at the drain and it turned out to just be a hair ball. Thanks for the great work!

First we used them to install a water softener system in our home. They were fast, thorough and did a great job.

Now we are selling our home and using them to fix one of our inspection finds. They have been so amazing with everything and we will definitely use them again.

Very good company, I would recommend them to anyone, they were on time, professional and affordable, keep up the good work.

Todd was amazing. We contacted him in the evening on a Saturday, he got back to us within 1 hour. Explained the problem and he gave us an estimate to unclog the drain over the phone and stated if he could not unclog it there would be no charge. He was on site fixing the problem at 9:30 am Sunday morning. He was in and out with the problem fixed within 30 minutes. I chatted him up while he was working about my hot water heater. I was worried that it is from 1996 that maybe I should just replace it. Todd is a true professional with great integrity! Todd told me not to touch it unless there is a problem. And then I should only need to replace the heating element unless there is a leak, which will be much cheaper. I truly appreciated his impeccable honesty! Thank you Todd for helping us so promptly!

I texted Todd this Sunday morning at 9am just stating that the water heater is not maintaining its heat. Todd was so proactive to just stop by at noon to see the water heater and we have an appointment for Wednesday to fix the heating element. This company is amazing.

I used western peak on two occasions. Firstly James came out and installed a water heater for us. Our old water heater was only a 2017 model and had already died. Instead of just installing a new one and being on his way, he checked the pressure and determined our PRV had failed and even a new water heater would eventually fail again due to this problem so he fixed that first, saving us some headache down the road. Everything was done very quickly, very professionally, and he even took the time to explain some things to me and change out a few additional fixtures that were leaking.

After a few months our blower fan (installed by someone at Springs Heating & Cooling 6 months prior) became unbalanced and started scraping against the cage. Corey came out, diagnosed the problem almost immediately and was easily able to fix it. He also took the time to clean up some of the wiring, explain the issue and why it happened, even changed the filter for us. Plus, almost more importantly, he is fighting the good fight to bring it back and has the most glorious mullet I've ever seen.

Best HVAC in Colorado Springs bar none, don't waste your time with Wire Nut or Springs Heating & Cooling.
