Johnny came to do routine maintenance on the furnace. He was very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain how everything works to me and gave me safety tips and things to look out for if I ever run into any issues. I recommend this company and Johnny for future services!

Needed a quick solution to a plumbing problem, was able to have Marvin come out for an estimate and was one of the friendliest plumbers I've had to my property so far. The company fixed my problem quickly and was fairly priced. With the amount of companies I called and so many being backed up, these guys were on it fast and stress free. I went into western peaks office with a plumbing issue the staff there was able to address my plumbing concern / issue. Marvin checked out multiple issues on my property and fixed them , He disconnected my instant hot water heater and showed me how to hook it back up at a later date . He was very professional great manners did a excellent job very good personality and some Of the best people skills around . We will definitely be referring western peak plumbing To our friends and family for any plumbing and hvac .

First off I was very pleasantly surprised that this company works weekends.

Second of all I was shocked when the Plumer demonstrated an abundance of knowledge and was not out to make a quick buck. He actually took the time to trouble shoot different parts of my water heater and gave me options that didn’t include any were he got paid. He explained how the water heater warranty worked and told me to go that route first.

After a few more minutes of demonstration and info he noticed that the unit continued to run water as if it was never full. He quickly pulled up his sleeves and jumped in the crawl space to continue trouble shooting and found that my home had original piping that has developed corrosion and holes causing leaks.

He then went to working on fixing the issues so that I could have hot water again.

Fun fact: the call was for a free estimate on a tankless water heater. Ironically my water was no longer hot by the time the Plumer stoped by. Timing could not have been better!

Needless to say I was one happy camper.

I look forward to having them come back out to replace the rest of the old pipe and bringing my home up to code.

This would be my second experience with a specific Tech from western Peak. This scope of work was to be inspected by our local building dept and a permit was pulled. The individual performed A scope of work that is entry level plumbing. On both jobs there were issues with how the work was completed and did not pass the initial inspection. What should have been one day to do the work and one day for inspection so a total of 2 days of down time, turned into 4 days of this individual having to go back and forth until the work was completed correctly. When I would call to inform the company of the issues it would take a full day the get this person back to rectify his mistakes. He was typically late and would work past working hours. In one situation he worked until 8:45pm. This has happened twice. There were even the same incomplete work performed on both jobs noted by the regional inspector. This would delay my company and the sub contractors ability to move forward with the project. I will not let the actions of one person to summarize my feelings about Western Peak as there are good people working there. As business people and at their price point there needs to be a better process and accountability.

My hot water stopped working on a Friday late afternoon. I called around for a reasonable plumber and was recommended to call Western Peak Plumbing.
By this time it's almost 5pm and I called to explain my situation. They immediately checked to see if a tech was available, and Marvin came right over ready to help. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I would definitely use Western Peak Plumbing again, the customer service, repairs, and prices were perfect!
