Western Peak Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical

We had an " instant hot water" pump on our water heater go out. This was not an easy fix but Western Peak Plumbing stayed on it until it was perfect. Thank you Todd, Jerry and most recently James. James finally figured out the problem & voila, it was fixed. I appreciate the entire crew. Their efforts, professionalism & persistence are greatly appreciated. Any plumbing problem in our home & we will definitely call them again.

I live in a home with a Triangle Tube Boiler System and have used Western Peak Plumbing twice now to assist in solving issues with this system. To me, it looks very complicated. The first time they provided me with support, they took the time to really look into the problems and make sure they were solved, for good. As this was an ongoing issue prior to having Western Peak Plumbing in the picture. The second time that I needed them was during this last big snow storm. My hot water was out (which coincidentally is what heats the whole house) and it would have been very difficult for them to make it to me in the storm. However, Marvin took the time to FaceTime with me and we were able to get things working. Marvin truly showed concern for me making it through the storm safely and I couldn’t appreciate him more. Working with Western Peak is highly recommended by me. They are a very caring and honest plumbing service provider.

I had the best experience with Todd from Western Peak Plumbing today. I called to ask for a price for a new water tank, explaining that my pilot light went out on my 11 yrs old tank, and I couldn't reignite it. Todd was so nice. He offered to come out at no charge to look at it, and give me my options. We set a time. When he realized he'd be delayed he texted me straight away to let me know. When he got here, he made no attempt to sell me a new water heater, even when the pilot refused to re-ignight at first. Instead, he kept trying and got it back on. I asked how much a new tank would be , but he told me I should keep mine for as long as possible, as it is not leaking and they are expensive to replace. There was no sales, just help, and at no charge . I am beyond grateful ,delighted to have hot water again, and not be facing a big bill before Xmas. When the tank does need replacing, I will be calling Todd for sure, knowing he is totally honest and reliable.

Service was exactly what we needed. They held to the quote despite the job requiring additional time.

Todd came out to do work for me and it was a very professional and courteous experience. He was thorough with all my question and told me I did not need to change out a faucet when I thought I needed to. The cost was below most companies. It work out to being $63 dollars per hour which is about 1/2 half the cost of other plumbers.

From the very start I was in contact with the plumber, not the office staff. He arrived on time and he noticed I did not have a small part I needed for a bathroom faucet and said that he would stop by free of charge and finish the repair at no extra cost! Who does that anymore??? I highly recommend Western Peak Plumbing!!!

There was a little confusion initially, but James Randall and Martin resolved it quickly. The work was done in a matter of hours even though the location of my old water heater was in a wonky spot. I would recommend and plan to use them for all our plumbing needs

Great service. Other plumber cancelled the day the disposal was to be installed. Todd responded to my phone message quickly and told me he could do the job that day after all his other jobs (this was the day before Thanksgiving). He was unable to complete his other jobs until 9:00 that night so he offered to come at 8;00 AM the next day (Thanksgiving!). He arrived as promised and did the job quickly. I doubt any other plumber would have gone the extra mile.

These guys were amazing. We had another company say that we needed a full repipe of our house and had given us an estimate at $6,200!! Western Peak Plumbing came in to give us a 2nd opinion and told us the problems were actually simple fixes and would cost us under $1,000. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and were great at communicating with us every step of the way. They really did come in and save the day!

I called two other plumbing service before calling Western Peak Plumbing yesterday and they were booked out a few weeks. When I called Western Peak Plumbing and explained the issue they were able to squeeze me in today. The guys that fixed our faucet were very friendly and professional. I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services!
